Payment
Payment of hotel deposit and tour fees should be made in Japanese Yen only by Credit Card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club or JCB only).
Please note that reservation/application will not be completed without necessary payment.
Confirmation
KNT will email you a confirmation after the application deadline, July 1, 2010, informing you of the completed hotel reservation with the name of your hotel and any other information which applies. Please be sure to bring the confirmation E-mail when you register at the conference venue and when you check-in at your hotel.
Cancellation and Changes
Cancellations and changes will not be accepted by telephone. These must be in writing (preferably by e-mail) and sent to the ICCT-2010 Desk at Fax: +81-3-5256-1588, E-mail: icct2010-gbm@or.knt.co.jp
Cancellation charges are as follows:

Refund
