Cancellation & Modification

Upon cancellation, the 10% of the original payment is appropriated for the handling charge. Depending on the date on which the cancellation notice arrives at the registration desk, the following amount of the payment is refunded to the credit card account.

 On and Before May 31   90% refund 
 On and Before June 30   40% refund 
 On and After July 1   No refund 

The modification of registration is possible online in MyPage free of charge before June 30 if it does not cause any refund.
The modification with cost reduction can only be made as in the same way as the cancellation described below. If the resultant cost is less than the original payment by greater than 1,000 JPY, the difference is refunded after deducing 1,000 JPY for the handling charge.

 On and Before July 15   17,000 JPY refund 
 On and After July 16   No refund 

 On and Before July 15   7,000 JPY refund 
 On and After July 16   No refund 

 On and Before June 30   Course A & B   6,500 JPY refund 
 Course C   5,500 JPY refund 
 On and After July 1   *No refund 

The notice of cancellation or modification resulting in cost reduction must indicate clearly your name, credit card number and cancellation/modification details with your signature and date. The notice should be faxed to
