Oral presentation

Time allotted for presentation is 40 min for invited talk and 20 min for contributed paper including 5 min for discussion.

All presentations are to be done using PC & projector. An LC projector and a standard connecting cable will be ready in each conference room. All presenters must bring their own PCs for presentations. It is important for Mac users to bring an appropriate adaptor for connection.

Poster presentation

A poster board is assigned to each poster during the presentation period. The size of the poster board is 90 cm (W) x 180 cm (H). A space 30 cm (W) x 10 cm (H) on the top left corner must be left for the indication of the poster number supplied by the organizer.

Poster should be mounted on the designated board during the morning coffee break of the day when the poster session is held. The poster is to be left over the night for further display/discussion and removed before the morning coffee break of the next day. Posters left after the removal time will be discarded by the organizer.
